Job summary

Swan Aquatics in Palm Springs, CA is seeking an Aquatics Operations & Partnerships Supervisor for a seasonal role (Sept 26, 2026 – Mar 25, 2027). You will coordinate private aquatic training classes, manage partnerships, and support lifeguard operations and instructor scheduling.

The role offers about 20 hours per week with potential for year-round opportunities. Valid Red Cross Lifeguard, CPR/First Aid certifications, and pool management experience are required; LGI/LGIT certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current Red Cross Lifeguard Certification (base level).
• CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, and First Aid required.
• Previous pool management or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Private Aquatic Training Program Management: coordinate and grow private aquatic training classes.
• Partnerships & Relationship Management: maintain relationships with aquatic training clients and renewals.
• CPR Program Expansion Support: assist with execution in new markets and recruit instructors.
• Training Delivery & Field Engagement: teach CPR/First Aid classes and ensure high customer experience.
