The City of Georgetown, TX is seeking a skilled Recreation Program Coordinator for Aquatics to lead large-scale aquatic programs and touch on safety, scheduling, and event planning.

Under the Recreation Supervisor, you will supervise contract staff, manage registrations, ensure water quality and safety standards, and coordinate with community partners to promote programs and camps. A bachelor's degree and 3 years' experience are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Recreation, Kinesiology, Physical Education, or related field.
• Three years of full-time experience in recreation programming.
• Experience coordinating aquatic programs and facilities is preferred.
• Knowledge of pool operations, safety standards, and risk management.
• Ability to supervise staff, schedule facilities, and manage registrations.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, implement, supervise, promote, develop, market, and evaluate recreation programs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, volunteers, attendees, and vendors.
• Interact with public and staff; respond to inquiries and address complaints.
• Liaise with community organizations for program utilization and expansion.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff or volunteers; manage payroll.
• Schedule facilities and monitor equipment and safety standards.
