Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Supervisor to lead and train the Aquatics Department team in a fast-paced club environment. You will help members improve swimming in both indoor and outdoor pools, while maintaining facilities and delivering excellent service.

The role requires lifeguard leadership experience, strong safety focus, and the ability to coach staff in a high-energy setting at a Life Time club in Canton Charter Township, Michigan.

Qualifications

• Must complete Life Time courses when hired.
• Ability to swim 300 yards/meters without stopping.
• Tread water for 1 minute.
• Lift 20 lbs repeatedly.
• Experience: 6 months customer service; 1 year coaching/instructor; 1 year lifeguarding; 6 months head guard/supervising.
• Certifications: StarGuard Elite Lifeguard, BLS CPR, First Aid (or bridge to StarGuard).

Responsibilities

• Ensure Aquatics Team Members provide a safe and friendly environment for all members.
• Respond to member inquiries regarding Life Time programs, products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure we maintain the highest level of programming.
• Promote Life Time swim programs.
