Qualifications

• Four years of experience in area of Aquatics and/or performing similar tasks.
• Two years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a proactive internal work ethic and customer service focus.
• Lead the implementation of specific programs to meet community needs.
• Coordinate facility use agreements with schools and private parties.
