Job summary

The YMCA of South Florida is seeking an Aquatics Director to lead its Aquatics programs in Hawaii. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-4 years of Aquatics program experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer departmental budget for Aquatics.
• Market and promote the Aquatics Program.
• Recruit, hire, and train Aquatics staff.

Education

High School diploma or GED equivalent

Bachelor’s degree in Health, Physical Education or related field
