Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in recreation, education or related field preferred.
• At least two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, implement and evaluate aquatics programs.
• Manage and supervise part-time staff.
• Coordinate swim meets and programs.

Skills

Knowledge of principles in planning aquatics programs

Knowledge of American Red Cross Swim standards

Organizational skills for supervising staff
