Aqua-Tots Swim School is seeking an Aquatic Manager in Kansas City, MO. This full-time position focuses on leading swim instruction and developing instructor teams.

The ideal candidate will maintain safety protocols, ensure quality lessons, and support scheduling. We're looking for someone with leadership experience, a high school diploma (or GED), and a passion for teaching children vital water safety skills.

Qualifications

• Leadership, coaching, or aquatics experience preferred.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
• Open availability including evenings and weekends.
