Williamson County Parks and Recreation is seeking a full-time maintenance technician for aquatic facilities.Responsibilities include daily inspections, responding to work orders, maintaining water chemistry per health regulations, and repairing pool equipment.

Perform daily inspections of aquatic facilities and respond to maintenance work orders.
Maintain proper pool water chemistry in accordance with state and local health regulations.
Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, modify, and install pool equipment, including pumps, heaters, chemical controllers, chemical feeders, filtration systems, circulation systems, and disinfection equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance on pool mechanical systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Repair or replace defective equipment and components as needed.
Perform skilled electrical and plumbing repairs related to pool equipment.
Monitor and maintain pool pump rooms and mechanical systems.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in plumbing, electrical, mechanical maintenance, or a closely related field.
Any combination of education, training, and experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the essential functions of the position.
Commercial pool maintenance and mechanical experience is preferred.
Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO) Certification is preferred but not required.
Valid Tennessee Driver's License required.
Must successfully pass a background check.
