Job summary

Dorney Park seeks a Manager of Aquatics to ensure safe, efficient operation of Wildwater Kingdom attractions and to support fall entertainment by hiring, training, and managing talent. The role leads department leaders, drives a high-performance team, and manages labor targets while achieving guest satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities include safety enforcement, staffing, budgeting, and coordination with BI for scheduling, with a focus on maintaining standards and delivering exceptional guest

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in water park ops with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• CPR and First Aid certified; CPO certification preferred.
• Experience in budgeting and labor planning.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest and staff safety across Wildwater Kingdom attractions in compliance with applicable codes and procedures.
• Recruit, train, and manage Aquatics staff; develop a high-performance team.
• Oversee daily operations, budgets, and guest service standards.
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence on scheduling and attendance management.
