Job summary

Foss Swim School is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the front office, retail, and reception areas while mentoring team members. The role involves coordinating class enrollments, supporting revenue targets, and upholding Swim Path curriculum quality.

You will rotate through roles such as Swim Teacher and Supervisor, gaining exposure to staffing, training, and KPI-driven operations, with progression into future leadership opportunities within Foss.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience (preferred)
• Must obtain American Red Cross CPR/First Aid within 90 days; Foss pays costs
• Retail/fitness/restaurant experience a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication; organized and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Oversee class enrollments and customer engagement initiatives
• Support General Manager to hit financial goals and manage inventory
• Lead trainee development across roles and manager rotations
• Ensure facility cleanliness and safety standards are maintained
