Aqua Tots Swim Schools Sterling Heights is seeking an Aquatics Manager to lead a busy swim program. You will supervise a team, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate daily operations.

This salaried role requires full-time availability, weekend rotation, and a hands-on leader capable of training staff, scheduling, and maintaining a clean, safe environment for swimmers.

Aqua Tots Swim Schools Sterling Heights is looking for an Aquatics Manager. Must be able to multitask, be extremely organized, manage a team, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $50,000+ per year Based on Experience

• Work alongside General Manager and Guest Service Manager to provide a positive work environment

Schedule

Position is salaried based on experience. Must be able to accommodate 40-45 hours per week. Schedule requires 4 weekdays (Monday-Friday) of a work schedule that can range from 9:30 am-8:00 pm and we require 1 weekend day (Saturday and Sunday) with a shift from 8:30 am-3:00 pm that rotates weekly.
