Job summary

Aqua Tots Swim Schools Sterling Heights is seeking an Aquatics Manager to supervise daily operations, lead a team, and ensure a safe, organized environment. The role requires multitasking, excellent organization, and the ability to work with the General Manager and Guest Service Manager to foster a positive workplace.

Compensation starts at $50,000+ per year and is based on experience. Schedule is full-time, 40–45 hours weekly, with four weekdays and rotating weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 8:30

Schedule

Position is salaried based on experience. Must be able to accommodate 40-45 hours per week. Schedule requires 4 weekdays (Monday-Friday) of a work schedule that can range from 9:30 am-8:00 pm and we require 1 weekend day (Saturday and Sunday) with a shift from 8:30 am-3:00 pm that rotates weekly.
