Aqua Tots Swim Schools Sterling Heights is seeking an Aquatics Manager to lead a dedicated team in a fast-paced aquatic facility. The role emphasizes multitasking, organization, scheduling, training, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for staff and swimmers.

We offer flexible schedules, weekly pay, and bonuses on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, with growth opportunities as you lead operations alongside the General Manager and Guest Service Manager.

Schedule

Position is salaried based on experience. Must be able to accommodate 40-45 hours per week. Schedule requires 4 weekdays (Monday-Friday) of a work schedule that can range from 9:30 am-8:00 pm and we require 1 weekend day (Saturday and Sunday) with a shift from 8:30 am-3:00 pm that rotates weekly.
