American Swim Academy's Senior Management team is seeking a career-driven Operations Manager to join our Dublin team. The Operations Manager will assist Senior Management in facility operations, including swim instruction, member service, deck management, and special projects.

Schedule:

Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday. Shifts vary with opening and closing times. Ability to work some nights until 8:45pm is required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Service-driven management experience
• Experience in aquatics or recreation

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the point of contact between management, staff, and members
• Assist in management and training of staff
• Teach classes and in-water training sessions

Compensation:

• $22.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Quarterly bonus based on revenue achievement
