Job Overview

The American Swim Academy is hiring in the East Bay! We are seeking a dynamic, career-oriented Aquatics Manager to join our senior management team in Newark. The Aquatics Manager will assist in the operation of the facility, including swim instruction, member service, deck management, and special projects.

Schedule

Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday—Thursday, with varying opening and closing shifts. Must be able to work some nights until 8:45 p.m.

Qualifications and Skills

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage: $22.00 - $24.00 plus quarterly bonus based on revenue
