Assisting with interviewing and hiring seasonal staff.
Executing excellent customer service representation.
Performing rescues and first aid when necessary.
Assisting with the daily accounting and cash reporting.
Skills
Effective operation of the pool
Certified in American Red Cross Lifeguarding, first aid, CPR, AED
Communication skills
Ability to work with people of all ages
Education
Graduate or Undergraduate degree in Recreation, Sports, Fitness, Physical Education, Physical Therapy or related field
