HealthFitness is seeking a part-time Swim Instructor at the Advocate Condell Centre Club in Gurnee, IL. Join our Aquatics Team to provide safe, effective swim instruction for adults and children in private or small-group settings.

You will design individualized programs aligned with each participant’s goals, maintain all required certifications within 30 days, and share best practices for stroke proficiency while supporting a welcoming fitness community.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification required within 30 days.
• Strong swim background with proficiency in all strokes.
• Flu vaccination required during Fall season.

Design individualized programs to meet the participant's interests, abilities, and goals.Minimum RequirementsMust be at least 17 years old.Adult & Child CPR/AED/First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days.Must have a strong swim background.Proficiency in all swim strokes.Flu vaccination required during Fall season.The compensation for this role is commission-based. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
