Job summary

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain aquatic staff coverage during all open pool times.
• Design a pool program schedule reflecting patrons' needs.
• Implement special training and workshops in aquatic programs.
• Assume lead roles for teaching and lifeguarding duties.
• Assist with administrative tasks like payroll and statistical reports.
