Overview:

Sentara Rockingham Memorial Hospital Medical Center is hiring an Aquatics Group Fitness Instructor on a Flexi Rotating Schedule.

Must be willing and able to teach aquatics group fitness classes.

Ability to teach step classes is a plus!

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a safe, fun, and healthy experience by leading and instructing various group exercise classes.
• Create a welcoming environment for members and guests.
• Answer questions and provide education about classes and wellness programs.
• Identify and implement improvements in activities, processes, and programs.

Education:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)

Certification/Licensure:

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Fitness Instructor certification (Preferred)

Experience:

• None required
