Job summary

Premier Aquatics is seeking an Aquatics Facility Manager to lead operations for two centers, ensuring safety and an engaging guest experience. You will oversee budgets, staff scheduling, lifeguard teams, lessons, and day-to-day activities across both facilities.

The role requires a high school diploma plus certifications (StarGuard and CPO) and a willingness to travel between locations. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; bilingual ability is a plus. Health benefits and PTO are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must obtain StarGuard Elite Lifeguard Instructor Certification.
• Must possess or obtain a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license.
• Excellent time management and deadline-driven work ethic.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
• Decision making under pressure with maintainable urgency.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage facility budget.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of two aquatics centers.
• Direct swim lessons and swim team operations.
• Directly manage lifeguards, swim instructors, and customer service reps.
• Coordinate communication with City/Municipality and partners.
• Attend marketing events and promote year-round activities.
• Schedule staff and manage payroll for the centers.
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory for concessions and merchandise.
• Ensure compliance with City/State requirements and safety standards.
• Maintain the facility website and respond to inquiries.
