Job summary

The City of Greeley seeks a Facilities Management Technician III – Aquatics to oversee maintenance, repairs, and safety operations for all City pools, waterparks, and splashpads. Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• CPO or Aquatic Facility Operator certification preferred or within 30 days of employment.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs CPRD facilities' systems and components.
• Performs pool winterization, seasonal startups, and maintenance of pool features.
• Maintains proper water chemistry across all aquatic facilities and ensures health standards.
• Assists in design, estimating, scheduling, and management of repair/remodel projects with contractors.
• Leads and supervises vendors, AmeriCorps crews, and part-time staff for quality work.
• Maintains accurate maintenance records and prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
