Job summary

The Workout Club is seeking an Aqua Coordinator Director to lead the Aquatics Program at a designated location. You will hire, schedule, train lifeguards and instructors, oversee pool maintenance, and develop revenue through swim lessons and rentals.

This full-time role requires CPR, First Aid, and CPO certifications, plus at least two years as an Aquatics Director. You will manage staff, partnerships, and ensure safety and great member experiences.

Qualifications

• Requires CPR, First Aid and CPO certifications.
• Minimum of two years experience as an Aquatics Director.
• Strong customer service and staff management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, terminate and maintain Aquatic Center staff (instructors, lifeguards, attendants).
• Personally conduct multiple swim lessons weekly.
• Create and implement marketing for the Aquatics Department.
• Drive revenue for swim lessons, team rentals, and specialty programs.
• Develop and maintain Aquatic Center budget and records.
