The Aquatics Manager at Dakotah Sports and Fitness operates within the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community facilities. You will supervise the aquatics staff, plan programs, and ensure safety and maintenance year-round while supporting membership sales and retention goals.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years water instruction and lifeguarding experience.
• 2+ years of indirect or 1 year of direct leadership experience.
• Basic knowledge of human anatomy, physiology and kinesiology.

Responsibilities

• Supervise aquatics staff and schedules.
• Plan, implement and expand aquatics programs year-round to maximize facility use.
• Ensure safety, maintenance and cleanliness of the aquatics area and equipment.
