Job Summary:

• Conduct consistent, thorough onboarding, orientation, training, and performance reviews for all department staff and maintain current and detailed instructor manuals.

Job Summary:

• Hiring, training, and scheduling all Swim Instructors and Aquatics staff for peak performance and productivity.
• Executing payroll for Swim Instructors and all Aquatics staff.
• Following up tenaciously with all leads for swim lessons and aquatics programming with the goal of getting them to purchase and schedule lessons.
• Assisting in getting substitutes when instructors cannot attend their scheduled lessons.
• Conducting weekly aquatics update meetings with COO and GMs to report on revenue status and review status of lead generation and follow up.
• Conducting monthly Swim Instructor (and other Aquatics personnel) meetings for communication, training, education, recognition, motivation, and emergency training drills.
• Working with the Marketing Team to send emails to members, update website marketing and promote new programs and sessions.
• Work with Group Exercise Director to agree upon scheduling of classes.
• Work with PTD to agree upon scheduling of any aqua PT.
• Work with Physical Therapist Tenant to agree upon and uphold pool usage.
