Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience as a swim instructor.
• Lifeguard Certification and CPR/AED Certification required.
• Experience as a youth sports instructor/coach or camp counselor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned shift and supervise on-deck staff.
• Maintain a safe and clean pool environment.
• Interact with students and parents regarding progress.
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and prepare the deck.
• Monitor student attendance and complete logs.
