Qualifications
Minimum of two years experience as a swim instructor.
Lifeguard Certification and CPR/AED Certification required.
Experience as a youth sports instructor/coach or camp counselor preferred.
Responsibilities
Manage the assigned shift and supervise on-deck staff.
Maintain a safe and clean pool environment.
Interact with students and parents regarding progress.
Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and prepare the deck.
Monitor student attendance and complete logs.
