Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Two or more years as a swim instructor required.
• Experience as a youth sports instructor/coach, camp counselor and/or teacher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and feedback to instructors.
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings.
• Evaluate instructors and deck teachers.
• Interact with parents about student progress.
• Complete daily Deck Supervisor logs.
