Job summary

YMCA of Middle Tennessee is seeking an Aquatics Coordinator (Full-time) to lead our aquatic programming and build a strong team in Nashville. You would ensure a safe, engaging environment for all members and actively manage daily operations.

The role requires 1,000+ hours of aquatic experience and strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. CPR/First Aid and Lifeguard certifications are expected to be acquired as noted in the posting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 1,000+ hours of aquatic experience, including 2 years of teaching aquatic programs
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with pool operations (Certified Pool Operator certification preferred)
