Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 1,000+ hours of aquatic experience, including 2 years of teaching aquatic programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with pool operations; Certified Pool Operator certification preferred.
