Job Summary:

This position will oversee all aspects of the Aquatics Program for a designated Genesis location, including hiring, recruiting, scheduling, and training new aquatic staff. Responsibilities include lifeguards, aerobics classes, swimming lessons, pool maintenance, and developing the aquatic department's success.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Execute procedures as outlined by the Aquatics Director
  • Train instructors to teach safe and effective classes
  • Motivate and retain members through staff training
  • Maintain equipment and pool areas
  • Prepare weekly aquatic reports
  • Promote classes and events
  • Attend staff and club meetings
  • Build professional relationships with members and staff
  • Complete all required documentation timely
  • Respond quickly to emergency situations

  • Support club goals through strategic input
  • Foster a team atmosphere among staff
  • Handle member inquiries and complaints effectively
Job Requirements:
  • Availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays
