Harry & Rose Samson Family Jewish Community Center of Milwaukee is seeking an Aquatics Coordinator to join the Aquatics Leadership Team. This hybrid role blends deck work with program management, spending 30–35 hours a week on lifeguarding, instruction, and coaching, with the remainder running the Private Swim Program.
You will supervise staff, coordinate schedules, and engage families while delivering ARC courses and coaching. A leadership mindset and strong organizational skills are essential.
The Harry & Rose Samson Family JCC is looking for a dynamic, highly organized Aquatics Coordinator to join our Aquatics Leadership Team. This hybrid role perfectly blends direct, hands‑on deck work with program management. You will spend 30–35 hours a week in direct service; splitting your time between lifeguarding, providing top‑tier swim instruction, and coaching. When you're not on the deck, you'll be taking ownership of our popular Private Swim program, supporting staff, and connecting with families.
