Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in recreation, recreation administration, physical education, or related field.
• Two years of experience in lifeguard, pool operation, pool management or aquatic training.
• Equivalency notes: an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, coordinate and implement aquatics recreation programs.
• Supervise full-time and part-time aquatic and recreation staff.
• Ensure safety, customer service, and effective program delivery.
• Coordinate grants administration where applicable.
