Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience working with and/or caring for freshwater and marine aquatic life is required.
• Knowledge of aquatic life with an aptitude for sales techniques.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Genuine interest in animals and their care; good interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure aquatic life in the PCC receives proper care by following guidelines and completing maintenance and health checks.
• Place aquatic life orders and special-order requests to maximize sales and inventory.
• Support guests and PCC partners with aquatic education and care.
• Participate in routine housekeeping tasks and inventory counts to maintain a presentable, safe sales floor.
• Complete digital paperwork (water test results, POs, etc.) in a timely manner.
