Job summary

Petco Animal Supplies, Inc. is seeking a dedicated team member to care for freshwater and marine aquatic life within the Pet Care Center. You will follow established guidelines, assist guests with aquatic needs, and help maintain clean and healthy tanks.

You will participate in ongoing training, support inventory management, and contribute to a welcoming, safe store environment. Some evenings and weekends may be required to meet PCC needs.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for freshwater and marine aquatic life.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic math and accounting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Care for aquatic life in the PCC following guidelines and procedures.
• Complete training programs to maintain expertise and educate others.
• Place aquatic life orders and special requests to meet customer needs.
• Serve as a resource for guests and PCC partners on aquatic education and care.
• Perform inventory counts and assist with data analysis for improved stock and displays.
