We have current openings in San Antonio, TX with Flexible Hours and Competitive Rates! Contractors must have reliable transportation and a willingness to travel to consumer homes and facilities.

Job Description:

• Provide one-on-one Aquatic Therapy to children and adolescents with intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, and behavioral/mental health diagnoses.
• Create tailored goals to meet the needs of individual clients.
• Document on each session.
• Communicate with other team members and service providers.
• Turn in timely documentation including weekly invoicing, progress notes, and related paperwork.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must be able to travel to current or prospective clients’ homes.
• Must be able and willing to transport client(s) during client visits.
• Must be able to communicate with health care professionals, clients, families, and the general public through verbal and written communication.
• Must have access to a private personal laptop or desktop computer for HIPAA compliance.
• Track SMART goals and progress through weekly documentation using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Reader.
• Implement patient care plans through home and community goal-related activities.
• Able to work independently, manage one’s own time and the time of client(s).

All therapists must have the following:

• Resume.
• CTRS or TRS/TXC or LMT certified.
• CPR/AED/FIRST AID Certification (American Red Cross or American Heart Association only).
• Basic Water Rescue and/or Lifeguard Training.
• Social Security Card.
• Driver's License.
• Auto Insurance (with 100/300/100 coverage minimum).
• Professional Liability Insurance (with $1 million/$3 million coverage limit).
