Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking an Aquatic Technician to maintain ponds, pools, aquariums, and water features. You will perform routine water testing, system maintenance, and ensure safe environments for aquatic life and visitors.

The role requires knowledge of water chemistry, aquatic biology, and equipment such as filtration systems and UV sterilizers. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, with science degree preferred, and be willing to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; science degree preferred.
• 0–1 years’ environmental field experience encouraged.
• Knowledge of water chemistry and aquatic biology is valued.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance to ensure water quality and sanitation of aquatic facilities.
• Monitor and adjust water chemistry (pH, chlorine, alkalinity).
• Inspect and repair aquatic equipment (pumps, heaters, circulation).
• Complete and maintain work orders; ensure timely certifications/licenses.
