Landmark Aquatic is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Austin. You will turn field opportunities into accurate, customer-ready proposals and manage them through the quote-to-close process, coordinating with technicians and sales to maximize close rates.

The role emphasizes follow-up discipline, effective communication with decision-makers, and collaboration across operations and sales to ensure timely and accurate pricing and scope.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles and ability to translate field notes into clear proposals.
• Ability to prepare accurate customer proposals from technician notes, photos, field findings, and work-order information.
• Comfort following up with customers, addressing objections, and moving open proposals toward a decision.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple quotes and maintain follow-through.
• Working knowledge of CRM and business systems; Salesforce experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Convert opportunities into accurate, customer-ready proposals with strong turnaround time.
• Build proposals using approved pricing and present scope clearly for decision-makers to act.
• Maintain a consistent follow-up cadence on all open proposals and document contacts in the CRM.
• Own the close rate on proposals by addressing price and timing concerns and negotiating within parameters.
• Grow account penetration by identifying opportunities for recurring service, equipment, and future needs.
• Work with technicians to confirm scope and final outcomes of opportunities.
• Maintain accurate proposal, customer, activity, and opportunity data in the CRM throughout the quote-to-close process.
• Route opportunities to the appropriate sales or renovation resource when needed.
