Job summary

Landmark Aquatic is seeking a Selling Sales Manager (SSM) to lead in-market sales initiatives, manage quotas, and coach Aquatic Sales Representatives (ASRs). The role reports to the General Manager and focuses on personal sales, team performance, and pipeline discipline across Landmark service offerings.

The SSM will drive market activity, maintain Salesforce data integrity, and collaborate with Operations and Customer Service to ensure seamless handoffs and profitable growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience with a proven revenue track record.
• Prior sales leadership or coaching experience preferred.
• Proficient with Salesforce or equivalent CRM.

Responsibilities

• Carry an individual sales quota and actively sell within the market.
• Lead Aquatic Sales Representatives (ASRs) and ensure pipeline discipline.
• Balance personal selling with team leadership and performance management.
• Coach ASRs on meetings, strategy, objections, and closing.
• Ensure accurate quoting, forecasting, and Salesforce record keeping.
