Job summary

Qualifications

• Nebraska Swimming Pool Operator License within 90 days of start date.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association before start date.
• Preferred Aquatics or Fitness background.

Responsibilities

• Lead water exercise programs for the community according to established guidelines and supervise open pool program.
• Set up and assist with treatments and exercise activities under supervision of therapists.
• Observe patients during treatments and report any distress or equipment issues to therapists.
• Perform clerical tasks such as class/patient registration, scheduling, and record delivery.
• Maintain water chemistry and pool surroundings; keep department clean and compliant with safety protocols.
