ABOUT THE ROLE

Aquatic Field & Warehouse Specialist is required. The role involves supporting both the manufacturing facility and on‑site installations. It is a hands‑on position requiring shop work and travel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

WAREHOUSE / FABRICATION

• Perform material handling, including movement and preparation of acrylic components
• Assist with fabrication, polishing, and finishing of acrylic structures
• Operate or learn to operate shop equipment such as saws, routers, and polishing tools
• Support packaging and preparation of finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards
• Participate in cross‑training on equipment such as overhead cranes, forklifts, and beam saws

FIELD / INSTALLATION

• Travel to project sites to assist with installation of FRP tanks, waterproofing systems, filtration and life support systems
• Work alongside project managers and installation crews to meet schedules
• Perform sealing, bonding, and finishing work to high‑quality standards
• Troubleshoot and adjust systems during installation
• Comply with all OSHA standards onsite including paperwork and audits
• Attend daily/weekly toolbox meetings onsite
• Coordinate all job‑related supplies and equipment rentals

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Basic knowledge of construction or manufacturing environments
• Experience using power tools (drills, saws, routers, tape measures)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team setting and independently
• Ability to learn new skills and take on hands‑on challenges
• Willingness to travel and work on job sites as needed
• Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screening
• Participation in ongoing or post‑incident drug and alcohol testing may be required in accordance with company policy and applicable laws

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing/shop environment with noise, dust, and machinery
• Ability to safely operate or learn to operate industrial equipment
• Ability to work with heights

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic math skills required
• Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or manual labor preferred but not required

WORK SCHEDULE

• Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Travel will be required based on production needs for the duration of the projects
