Are you energetic, love working with kids, and want to make a real difference? We’re looking for enthusiastic Swim Instructors to join our team and help children learn a life-saving skill in a fun and safe environment.

At Small Fish Big Fish Swim School, we don’t just teach swimming — we build confidence, safety, and joy in the water for students of all ages and skill levels.

Position: Swim Instructor

• Type: Part-Time with growth opportunities
  
  
• Schedule:
  
  
  • Minimum 2 weekdays (Mon–Wed) from 3:45 PM – 8:15 PM
    
    
  • At least 1 weekend day (Sat or Sun) from 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM
    
    
  • Consistent weekly schedule

• Must be able to lift 50lbs without assistance, over 50lbs with assistance

What You'll Do:

• Teach babies, toddlers, and children through various levels of our learn-to-swim curriculum (Guppies to Sharks!)
  
  
• Instruct with energy, clarity, and care—lifting and guiding students through water safety and proper technique
  
  
• Maintain safety, discipline, and cleanliness in and around the pool
  
  
• Communicate student progress with parents and guardians regularly
  
  
• Assist with community events, educating others on water safety and drowning prevention
  
  
• Perform occasional ad hoc duties (office work, event participation, cleaning tasks)
