We are in search of part-time passionate dedicated Swimming Superheroes with the power of love and patience to teach crying screaming kids the life skill of swimming. Our ongoing mission is to inspire creativity and imagination through swim lessons using our unique Superhero Swim Universe lesson plan and trademarked Superhero Swim Characters.

Role Overview:

A Superhero Swim Coach will harness their superhuman abilities to guide and nurture the next generation of swimming heroes, specifically focusing on infants and preschool-aged children. Your task will involve using our Superhero themed program to spark your imagination and creativity in order to help teach the essential life-saving skill of swimming.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Utilize your expert-level aquatic powers to deliver engaging swim lessons tailored to the developmental needs of infants, preschoolers, and pre-teens.
2. Implement teaching methodologies that inspire confidence and skill progression in water environments.
3. Ensure the safety of all swimmers through vigilant supervision and adherence to lifeguard protocols.
4. Foster a supportive and encouraging environment where every swimmer feels empowered to unleash their full aquatic potential.

Qualifications:

1. A proven track record of 2 or more years in water teaching experience from Infants to Adults at a previous swim school.
2. At least 16 years old.
3. Possession of a current lifeguard certification or Water Safety Instructor (WSI) certification is mandatory to embark on this heroic journey.
4. Ability to commute between locations for group lessons and Summer Lifeguarding.
5. Pass a Background Check.
