Weller Pools & Aquatics in Orlando, FL seeks an experienced Foreperson to lead commercial pool builds. You’ll supervise crews, read plans, align formwork, rebar, concrete, and plumbing with specifications, and maintain safety and quality on schedule.

You’ll collaborate with the Lead Superintendent, stage materials, coordinate trades, document daily reports, and pursue growth opportunities within a growing project pipeline.

• Experience leading construction crews to deliver results.
• Advanced understanding of commercial pool construction sequencing.
• Hands-on expertise with formwork, rebar, concrete, and pool plumbing.
• Ability to interpret plans and specs accurately.
• Strong safety mindset and knowledge of OSHA practices.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the Lead Superintendent to translate project goals into daily field plans.
• Direct and develop crews to improve productivity, craftsmanship, and safety culture.
• Stage labor, equipment, and materials to maintain momentum and milestones.
• Read drawings, specs, and layouts to guide installation and verify compliance.
• Lead and self-perform key scopes: formwork, rebar, concrete, plumbing, equipment pad installation.
• Hold daily safety meetings and ensure OSHA standards are met.
• Document daily reports, timekeeping, and material tracking.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to keep sequencing tight.
