Qualifications

• State Physical Therapy licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and treatments as ordered.
• Participate in treatment reviews and reassessments.
• Educate patients and caregivers.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation for billing.
• Coordinate with occupational therapy staff as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, physicians and staff.
• Collaborate to maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Fulfill duties assigned by department manager.
