Riverence in Kentucky is seeking a Brood Technician in Training to support daily farm operations, including feeding, mortality counting, and screen scrubbing. Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills; calculate and understand quantities and proportions.

Responsibilities

• Feeding, mortality removal/counting, screen scrubbing and other daily duties.
• Understand farm workflow including weekly schedules.
• Identify sections, pond numbers, rearing areas, fish barriers, and explain importance.
• Follow biosecurity protocols and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain safety procedures and report hazards.
