Job summary

VASA Fitness in Westminster, CO is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor (GFI) to lead engaging classes, motivate members, and uphold the VUME experience. This hourly, non-exempt position pays $21–$28 per hour DOE and includes benefits for 30+ hours, plus two complimentary gym memberships.

Qualifications

• NCCA-accredited Personal Training or Group Fitness Certification.
• Current CPR/ AED Certification.
• Experience in leading, communicating, coaching or performing in front of a group.
• Minimum local travel may be required for support, training, or other purposes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional fitness experience to all Studio members and exemplify our UPLIFT values.
• Ensure Vasa Uplift Member Experience (VUME) is executed in every class.
• Be punctual and prepared; greet members at the door on time.
• Demonstrate exercises safely and monitor class performance.
• Complete post-class duties including cleaning and sanitizing.
• Be approachable, professional, and responsive to member needs and concerns.
• Teach safe, effective classes with options for different fitness levels and abilities.
• Create an energetic, inclusive, and supportive community within classes.
