Job summary

Sterling Grove in Surprise, AZ is seeking a part-time Aqua Fitness Instructor to join our hospitality-focused property team. The successful candidate will teach morning aqua fitness classes, supervise swimmers, and ensure safe procedures are followed.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, CPR and First Aid certifications, and one year of experience or equivalent training. Benefits include healthcare, a 401(k) with employer match, and eligibility for commissions.
