Qualifications

• 1年以上の事業開発経験（学歴不問またはAA取得）
• 流通・マーケティング計画の立案・実行経験
• 5年以上のセールス及びリーダーシップ経験
• 運転免許証を所持し、州内で無事故

The Sales Leader will be the driving force behind achieving ambitious goals in terms of gross sales, generated margin, customer satisfaction, and market share in their assigned geographic territory. This commitment to continuous development will enhance both individual and team performance, resulting in outstanding results. **What you will do:*** Provide leadership for the sales process via the development and implementation of coordinated local sales plans, consumer programs, training, and business development activity* Utilize Sales Excellence tools to drive individual and team performance in order to meet sales goals.* Effectively utilize employee development tools, as well as mentor and coach Account Manager group to ensure continued individual development.* Establish, monitor and execute implementation plans for key objectives through Account Manager coaching. Key objectives/metrics include: Mix, Growth, New Dealer Development, and Retail development plans.* Develop district business plan with leadership and management teams.* Accountable for developing key industry relationships within local markets.
