Rockwell Automation is seeking an APS Change Management and Training Lead to drive change management, training, and adoption for a major supply chain planning transformation. You will translate strategic APS goals into daily behaviors across material planning and S&OP, partnering with leaders and crossfunctional teams to ensure readiness and sustained adoption.

The role sits at the intersection of business transformation, process change, and platform enablement, focusing on embedding APS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to travel globally ~30% of the time.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Lead change management across full project lifecycle.
• Create, maintain training materials and job aids.
• Translate process changes, system changes, and business expectations into learning content.
• Keep impacted teams aligned with common ways of working and messaging.
• Partner with subject matter experts to keep training content current.
• Build user confidence with structured training and post-go-live reinforcement.
• Develop stakeholder engagement plans and adoption support activities.
