Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking an APS Change Management and Training Lead to drive change management, training, and adoption for a major supply chain planning transformation. You will translate strategic APS goals into daily behaviors across material planning and S&OP, partnering with leaders and crossfunctional teams to ensure readiness and sustained adoption.

This role requires hands-on leadership and a hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to travel globally ~30% time.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management across the full project lifecycle, from engagement to go-live and adoption.
• Create, maintain, and deploy training materials and user guidance.
• Translate changes into learning content, job aids, and communications.
• Align teams with consistent messaging and ways of working.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to keep training current.
• Build user confidence with training, support, and reinforcement.
• Develop stakeholder engagement and adoption plans, readiness activities.
