Job summary

AdventHealth Primary Care Network seeks an Advanced Practice Provider to join our team and deliver patient-centered primary care across the lifespan in a supportive practice environment.

We offer a flexible 4- or 5-day workweek with no weekend office hours, minimal call duties, and a $15,000 sign-on bonus plus comprehensive benefits from day one, malpractice tail coverage, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing (FNP/APRN) or PA Studies.
• Active Florida APRN or PA-C license.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• DEA license active.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to patients across the lifespan.
• Deliver independent and collaborative medical management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing, including labs and imaging.
• Coordinate referrals to physicians or specialists as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Deliver care with a professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach.
